Refund Policy

 

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund 100% of your purchase price. To expedite the process, please include all order numbers. All returns must include all original undamaged items, in resalable condition with all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return item shipping costs.

 

International Export Policy

 

International orders are subject to DUTIES, TAXES (VAT), or other Import Fees; the buyer is solely responsible for these fees, documents and transportation if held at a customs office in the destination country. In the event that you have questions about international shipping logistics please contact us before purchase.

 

Shipping Policy

 

GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS All items will be securely packaged and shipped via traceable and insured UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS or select Freight Carriers. All tracking information is forwarded to the email address associated with your order. We require a recipient or company name, address and phone number for all shipments. Shipping and handling times may vary based on the packing requirements, so please allow up to 5 business days for handling normally.
We are also able to ship with your shipment account.

 

Payment term of Service

 

Payments are expected in a timely manner. Please contact us in the event that payment cannot be made within seven days as payment arrangements can be made.
Orders that require international freight are charged for product first and a quote for freight will be sent to customer in a timely manner after purchase is initiated. We accept: PayPal, and Bank Wire Transfers in USD (There is a $38 wire transfer fee).
